Postural reeducation is our most in-demand specialty. We correct poor postural habits that our bodies acquire as a result of ignorance and the accelerated pace of life we live. It is the first stage prior to any training.
Our body is a compact block. We must respect the existing spaces that are often oppressed by external agents, such as stress or, more often than not, longstanding poor posture. The ultimate goal of postural reeducation is to become more aware of our body both physically and psychically. To achieve this we follow a defined plan of action:
1.1. Analysis of the individual standing up
1.2. Respiratory awareness
1.3. Simple unlocking exercises
1.4. Awareness of individual parts of the body
